Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28th July 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal information The Art of Inner Wealth collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and how we keep it safe. We’re committed to being straightforward with you — no confusing legal language, just clarity and respect.

1. Who We Are

The Art of Inner Wealth is an independent creative and wellbeing brand based in Sydney, Australia, operated by Juzzy Lange. We create content, resources, reflective tools, and newsletters focused on inner wellbeing, self-worth, and personal growth.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, you can contact us at:

Email: hello [at] theartofinnerwealth [dot] com

2. What Information We Collect

We collect different information depending on how you use our site.

When you sign up for our newsletter or a free resource, we collect your first name and your email address. That’s all — we only collect what we need.

When you use Fathom, our free reflection tool, you’re invited to write short reflective responses — for example, how you’re feeling, what’s been on your mind, or a pattern you’ve noticed. This is the heart of how Fathom works, and some of what you write may be personal.

You can complete Fathom and read your reflection on screen without giving us your name or email. Those are only needed if you’d like a copy of your reflection sent to you — at which point we collect your first name and email address to send it.

We do not collect phone numbers, payment information, or account passwords.

3. Why We Collect It

We use your name and email address to:

  • Send you the reflection, resource, or freebie you asked for
  • Share our newsletter, including reflections, Golden Moments, resources, and updates from The Art of Inner Wealth — if you’ve agreed to receive it
  • Make our communications feel warm and relevant, not generic

We collect the reflective text you write in Fathom for one purpose only: to create your personalised reflection. How that works is explained below.

We will never use your information for anything beyond what you’ve agreed to.

4. How Fathom Works With Your Words

We want to be completely transparent about this, because it’s the part people most want to understand.

When you write in Fathom, your words are sent securely to a service that generates your reflection for you (see Section 6). This is how Fathom creates something personal rather than generic.

We do not log or keep the words you write. They pass through only to create your reflection; they are never saved to a database, never kept afterwards, and never stored alongside your name or email. The only information we retain from a Fathom session is anonymous and aggregated — which lines were chosen, which theme resulted, and a rough word count, each under a random identifier that cannot be traced back to you or linked to any other session. Never the words themselves.

Fathom is a reflective tool, not therapy, counselling, or medical care, and it is not a substitute for professional support. Please share only what you feel comfortable sharing, and reach out to a qualified professional if you’re going through something difficult.

5. The Reflection Itself

To create your reflection, the words you write are processed by Anthropic, the company behind the Claude AI that generates it. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms for this service, the text you send is not used to train their AI models, and Anthropic deletes it from their systems after a limited period. You can read Anthropic’s privacy information at anthropic.com.

Only your reflection is created with AI. The other content you receive in Fathom — your Soothie, Seed & Alignment Affirmation, Letting Go moment, Peppie, and Tiny Practice — is written by us and selected for you. It is not generated by AI, and the words you write are never used to produce it.

If you choose to receive a copy of your reflection, we create a PDF using PDFShift, a document-generation service, which processes your reflection only to produce that file.

6. The Services That Help Us Deliver

We use a small number of trusted providers to run our newsletter and Fathom. 〔FLAG: named vs unnamed〕 They are:

  • MailerLite — stores your name and email so we can send you occasional updates and our newsletter. (Your reflection itself is emailed to you directly by our site, not through MailerLite.) You can read their privacy policy at mailerlite.com.
  • Anthropic — generates your Fathom reflection from what you write (see Section 5).
  • PDFShift — creates the PDF copy of your reflection, if you request one.

Each of these providers handles your information only to perform the service we’ve asked them to, and not for their own purposes. We do not store your personal data on any other third-party platforms, and we do not share it with anyone else.

7. Where Your Information Is Processed

Some of the providers above are based outside Australia (including in the United States and the European Union), so your information may be processed on servers outside Australia. Wherever it’s handled, we take reasonable steps to ensure it’s kept secure and treated in line with this policy.

8. We Will Never Sell Your Information

Your personal information will never be sold, rented, or traded to anyone. Ever. That’s a promise.

9. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your name and email are stored securely through MailerLite, which maintains industry-standard security practices. The reflective text you write in Fathom is not logged or kept by us, as explained in Section 4. We take reasonable steps to protect any information we do hold.

10. Your Rights

You are in control of your information at all times. You have the right to:

  • Unsubscribe from our emails at any time — every email includes an unsubscribe link
  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or update anything that’s inaccurate
  • Ask us to delete your information from our records

To exercise any of these rights, simply email us at hello [at] theartofinnerwealth [dot] com and we’ll take care of it promptly.

11. Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use basic cookies and privacy-conscious analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand how visitors interact with our content. These help us improve the experience and do not collect personally identifiable information about you. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

12. Links to Other Websites

Our newsletters or website may occasionally link to external websites. Once you leave our platform, this privacy policy no longer applies, and we encourage you to read the privacy policies of any sites you visit.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. We’ll always aim to be transparent about any changes.

14. Applicable Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Australia, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. If any of our subscribers are based in the European Union, we also comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Thank you for being here. We don’t take your trust lightly.
