Safety is not only something we understand with the mind.
It is something the body gradually learns to recognise. This collection explores the quieter signs of watchfulness: held breath, restless rest, braced shoulders, difficulty switching off, and the strange feeling that stopping might cost us something.
These pieces do not diagnose or prescribe. They offer different ways of noticing what the body may already know.
